Hi! So glad you are here, I know it can be challenging to reach out or seek help, and I want to partner with you in the process. I believe in and use a strength-based, non-judgmental, collaborative approach to help individuals and families find what works best for them. Let’s get to know each other.

I have a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Texas Tech University (Wreck em Tech) and a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family studies. I recently completed and became approved as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor as well.

I have 15 years experience in working with families who have or are currently providing foster care or adoption. I have worked with Post Adoption families and continue to do so on areas such as High Stress parenting, managing and parenting children effected by FASD, and dealing with trauma behaviors from abused/neglected children in their care. I am also willing to work with families that are experiencing marriage difficulties, separation, divorce, or other hardships as well.

I help families and individuals re-establish harmony within their lives by assisting them to decrease feelings of stress and overwhelm so they can better serve themselves and their families.
