Online therapy, also known as teletherapy or telehealth, is a form of mental health counseling that is conducted through secure and confidential video conferencing software. Online therapy works in much the same way as traditional face-to-face counseling, but with the added convenience and accessibility of being able to connect with a licensed therapist from anywhere with an internet connection.

At our practice, we accept most major insurance plans. The cost of your counseling sessions will depend on your specific insurance plan and coverage. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to inquire about your mental health benefits and coverage for counseling services. Once you have that information, we can work with you to determine your out-of-pocket costs for each session based on your insurance plan. We also offer a flat rate for those who forgo the use of their insurance.
